  1. Burnin' Sky "Burnin' Sky" (title track) was the only song from this album that the radio would play (I guess the radio programmers already had too many Bad Company songs on permanent rotation to take the chance of adding more). The only weak song is the tiny "Knapsack" ditty, and even that one fits well in the context of the album/5().

  3. Jul 10,  · Burning Sky is one seriously well done rock song-great vocals and great guitar and the whole thing fits together like a glove. The rest of the tracks are a bit spotty though. I listened to the album from start to finish the other night and it left me with an uneven feeling like when they really tried they could melt the walls but they didn't /5().

  8. It just popped into my head one day - The Sky Is Burning. I didn't know quite why the sky was burning and my soul was on fire. We needed material for the Burning Sky album. I was in a hotel in Paris the day before we were due to go into the sessions and I needed to write some songs. We had been on the road pretty heavily and we were pretty burned.
